About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administration and Human Resources Professional to join our team at AD WARRIOR. As an HR Apprentice, you will provide administrative support on a wide range of activities, developing your knowledge, skills, and professional standards within business administration, customer service, and Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Ensure systems and databases are updated and well-maintained on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Book meetings and arrange convenient times for attendees, as well as book rooms and equipment as needed.
  • Support the Recruitment Team with compliance and onboarding processes, including obtaining references, creating new starter IT accounts, and requesting equipment.
  • Monitor completions of mandatory training and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths or be willing to work towards.
  • Have some experience in administration or customer service, either at work or within education/placements.
  • Be an excellent communicator, confident, and skilled at using computers.
  • Be enthusiastic and willing to learn and develop new skills.
