Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Acquisition Surveyor to join our team at Essential Employment. As a key member of our property team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our ambitious development programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional property advice to the council on landlord and tenant matters, lease management, asset reviews, and acquisition and disposal opportunities.
  • Support the Senior Property & Investment Manager in delivering, managing, and supervising complex projects, including the negotiation and review of land and property assets.
  • Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including asset management services and other departments within the client.
  • Contribute to the development of a professional property team, shaping the team's strategy and direction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in land acquisition and surveying.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
