Job Title: Land Acquisition Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Acquisition Surveyor to join our team at Essential Employment. As a key member of our property team, you will provide professional property advice to the council on landlord and tenant, lease management, asset reviews, and acquisition and disposal opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the property team in providing professional property advice to the council
  • Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Build and shape a professional property team
  • Negotiate and review the acquisition and disposal of all types of land and property assets and interests
  • Manage and supervise complex projects, including compulsory purchase projects
Requirements:
  • Professional surveyor with experience in land acquisition and property management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of property law and regulations
