Financial Customer Support Advisor

Our client, a leading fintech company, is seeking a Financial Customer Support Advisor to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound support tickets via phone and email, addressing technical and non-technical issues
  • Gather information, identify root causes, and devise solutions to resolve queries
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quick ticket resolutions
  • Escalate issues and risks when necessary
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and third-party organisations
  • Continuously develop understanding of the business and its software to better support key activities
  • Assist customers with reconciling debtors and creditors
  • Provide support with VAT returns, financial statements, and bank reconciliations
Requirements:
  • Strong financial/accounts background - essential for providing high-quality customer solutions
  • Good working knowledge of IT software, particularly financial/accounting systems, essential
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised, methodical, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Financial/accounts qualifications, advantageous
