Penspen, a prominent organization in the Engineering and Project Management sector, is seeking a talented Program Coordinator to enhance their team.

Position: Program Coordinator

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model, ideally from a central location

Compensation: Approximately £65,000 (Negotiable) + Annual Car Allowance of £6,136 and Flexible Benefits valued at £1,175

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant engineering field
  • Chartered status is preferred
  • Professional certification such as PMP / APMP is advantageous

Core Responsibilities:

  • Define and convey project goals to the team
  • Manage expectations of key stakeholders
  • Track project progress and address risks and challenges
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security standards
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement

Key Collaborations:

Engage with Clients, Project Leadership, Engineering Management, Project Controls Team, Subcontractors, and other essential stakeholders

Financial Oversight:

As outlined within the designated project budgets

Performance Metrics:

Targets for Gross Profit, Revenue Recognition, Cash Flow, and Project performance against planned schedules
