Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate to assist the Managing Director of European Operations and Relationship Management at CPP Investments. As an integral member of the 'Office of the Head of Europe', you will play a crucial role in enhancing performance, improving connectivity, and supporting operational functions across European offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with European operations and strategic initiatives
  • Prepare materials and data for significant meetings
  • Implement and monitor regional strategy metrics
  • Oversee the budget for the European office
  • Execute relationship management strategies across Europe and the Middle East
  • Provide support for event management across various activities
  • Collaborate with Corporate Services to optimize office space
  • Analyze data to inform office redesign efforts

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering
  • Strong research capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
