The Role: Assistant Pub Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Pub Manager to join our team at one of our stylish, food-focused establishments. As an integral part of the management team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the pub and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met.
  • Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among staff members.
