What We Look for in an Assistant Manager:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic and driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of hospitality professionals in delivering exceptional customer service
- Drive sales growth in our pub through proactive sales techniques
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight customers
- Work closely with the General Manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality leadership role
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
