We're currently recruiting for a Receptionist role in our Tonbridge Premier Inn. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your excellent customer service skills to welcome guests and make their stay with us unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
- Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
- Manage the front desk, handling guest queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Process payments, handle room allocations, and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.

- A competitive hourly rate, up to £ per hour.
- A guaranteed 23 hours per week, spread across 3 days, including early, late, and weekend shifts.
