Hotel Receptionist

Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience during their stay. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel facilities and services - Check guests in and out of their rooms using our reservation system - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, escalating issues as needed - Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other requests - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting - Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills - Ability to provide outstanding guest service and handle difficult situations with professionalism - Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of reservation systems - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Please note that all positions at our hotel are paid positions. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £8.09-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
