Job Description

**Production Manager - Operations Leader**

H-Seventeen is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead our production team and drive operational excellence. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products, and continuously improving our manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and company goals.
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless production processes and timely delivery of products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure open communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve production processes and stay competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, including fabrication, welding, boring, milling, and surface preparation.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues.
