About the Role:

As a Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant, you will be the ultimate Chanel ambassador, embodying our values and DNA. You will play a key role in our mission to create a unique and personalized experience for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate your passion and knowledge in Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare
  2. Create a tailored experience for our clients, authentic and personalized to their needs
  3. Ensure excellence in client service, adhering to Chanel's rituals and standards
  4. Build and develop long-lasting relationships to recruit, retain, and increase client loyalty
  5. Contribute to sales performance by leveraging products, services, clienteling tools, events, and cross-selling among categories
  6. Uphold an omni-channel mindset, providing a seamless experience from in-store to online and vice versa
  7. Be part of a collaborative and inclusive community to achieve individual and collective goals

What We're Looking For:

  1. Service-oriented approach, with a proven experience in client-facing roles
  2. Confidence in applying product expertise to client needs, with active listening skills
  3. Fragrance and Beauty product knowledge, with the ability to close sales
  4. Empathy and active listening, adapting the selling ceremony to client needs
  5. Passion for Fragrance and Beauty products, services, and the ability to demonstrate it
  6. Problem-solving attitude, overcoming obstacles and objections with a positive attitude
