About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our Digital Power team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project issues proactively, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Qualified to an Engineering degree level, or similar, in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of digital power systems, electrical automation, and control systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must, with another language being a valuable asset.
