About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Programme Lead to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading substance misuse programmes and will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative approaches to address emerging needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current legislation, research, and policies related to substance misuse, as well as experience working with stakeholders and service users to develop and improve pathways for substance misuse treatment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing programme strategies to address substance misuse
  • Leading on work with providers and stakeholders to develop and improve pathways for substance misuse treatment
  • Collaborating with service users and stakeholders to identify emerging needs and develop innovative approaches to address them
  • Working with the team to develop and implement programme evaluations and assessments

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and will have a strong understanding of Council policies and legislation. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
