Job Title: Project Manager - Water/Wastewater Sector

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Water/Wastewater Sector team in Hampshire. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects in the water/wastewater industry, ensuring all projects follow the full project lifecycle, are fully tested, delivered on time, to budget and agreed specification/standards, and reviewed for continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for project delivery of assigned projects, ensuring all projects follow the full project lifecycle, are fully tested, delivered on time, to budget and agreed specification/standards, and reviewed for continuous improvement.
  • Assist the Sector Project Manager to review and manage internal standards and procedures, along with monitoring national and international standards to ensure business standards and procedures remain current.
  • Contribute to all aspects of sales activity for the sector, covering order bank management, customer management, surveying, and quoting.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness, by examining, negotiating, and overseeing contracts with both customers and subcontractors.
  • Responsible for maintaining good working relationships with our existing customer and supplier accounts.
The Person:
  • Understanding of the full project life cycle, with demonstrable experience.
  • Experience/Understanding in system integration.
  • Demonstrate commercial experience and contract management.
  • Excellent time management skills and be able to demonstrate a structure and methodical approach to workload.
  • Experience of delivering projects, preferably PLC/SCADA in the water/waste water sector.
Benefits Package:
  • Salary from £50,000 to £65,000 depending on experience.
