We Are With You is seeking a skilled Recovery Specialist to join our team in West Cornwall. As a Recovery Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to determine their goals, ambitions, and passions, and develop personalized treatment plans to support their recovery.
  • Deliver continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, and delivery of interventions.
  • Manage an active caseload of clients, building strong relationships and providing respectful and dignified support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service is maintained, and contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs.

Requirements

  • ONC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrable experience working in health, social care, or a related field, with a focus on substance misuse issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in IT systems.
