Recovery Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team in West Cornwall. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group. You will be working in the West of Cornwall, but based at our Penzance office.
Main Duties of the JobOur Recovery Workers work closely with clients to help them determine their goals, ambitions, and passions, and work with them to create a tailored treatment plan. This is an integral role for WithYou, and as a frontline worker, you will deliver continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, delivery of interventions, and key work responsibilities.
You will manage an active caseload of clients, connecting quickly with the people we support, and treating them respectfully and with dignity. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide the best support and treatment to anyone who needs it.

We are part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people. Successful candidates will work as part of the adult community team, alongside in-house services which include outreach, hospital, clinical, criminal justice, and a residential rehabilitation facility.
