Senior Land and Development Manager – London

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 plus package

Location: London

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Land and Development Manager to join a leading London developer.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 – 5 years of experience in land acquisition and development management of residential-led schemes, with extensive knowledge of the London market and a strong network of contacts.

The role will involve sourcing land, managing development projects, and liaising with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, responsible for driving the growth of the division and contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and acquiring land for residential-led development projects
  • Managing development projects from site assessment to handover
  • Liaising with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • At least 4 – 5 years of experience in land acquisition and development management
  • Extensive knowledge of the London market
  • Strong network of contacts
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
