In the UK, Safran Seats specializes in the First Class and Business Class seating markets for wide-body aircraft, supported by dedicated industrial and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the customer spare parts inventory in accordance with strategic objectives and contractual obligations.
  • Gather necessary documentation and input sales pricing into the ERP system, including current prices, lead times, and minimum order quantities.
  • Perform sales history, bill of materials, and margin analysis to ensure price file accuracy.
  • Establish sales prices for the recommended aircraft spare parts list for aircraft service entry.
  • Develop annual pricing catalogs for GB seat spare parts customers.
  • Create commercial proposals aimed at maximizing Aftermarket revenue, including Annual Purchase Orders and GDMC Calculations.
  • Upload all necessary data into M3 and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate activities related to data management.
  • Collaborate with Aftermarket Front Office staff.
  • Engage with relevant departments to support the Aftermarket Segment.
  • Participate in KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support and engage in relevant project workshops.

Job Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualifications (NVQ / BTEC, National Certificate / Diploma) or significant experience in Sales/Aftermarket roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Previous experience in a commercial Aftermarket position.
  • Commercial background with the ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with the Aircraft Seating Industry.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to adapt and contribute value to the role even if experience varies slightly from the specifications.
