Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our Baby Room and Nursery team, you will be responsible for providing a safe and stimulating environment for babies to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of nursery practitioners in the baby room, providing guidance and support.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the development of babies.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for babies in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
  • Observe and assess the developmental needs of each child, and create individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other room leaders and management to maintain high standards of care across the nursery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
  • Proven experience in a nursery setting, with a focus on caring for babies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
