Job Title: SAP Finance Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Architect to join our IT team at Harrods Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of the future state architecture for the Corporate domain, including the delivery of solution architecture designs for projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the solution design for projects within the domain, ensuring alignment with the company's IT strategy and landscape.
  • Identify architectural debt and risks within the domain, and develop solutions to mitigate these risks.
  • Maintain standards and processes to drive quality and consistency in Architecture deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's business operations and technology landscape.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in technology and data architecture within a Finance function, as well as in at least two of the following functional areas: HR, Procurement, Facilities, Security, and Point of Sale.
  • Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
  • Strong background in solution architecture, with a clear understanding of the requirements of an IT Architecture team.
  • Ability to drive good solution architecture that delivers the desired outcomes for the business, while also ensuring a longer-term view of its effect on the overall Harrods IT Strategy and Landscape.
  • Previous experience in coaching and mentoring teams and the wider organisation.
