Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Front of House Team as a Reception Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience at our Plymouth Fitness & Wellbeing Club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front of House Operations: Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas, ensuring a friendly, relaxing, and professional environment for all.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club, answering queries in a caring and helpful way, and making sure everyone feels valued.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Front of House Team to achieve our goals and objectives, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience for our members and visitors.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone, with the ability to build strong relationships with our members and visitors.
  • Flexibility and Motivation: Be flexible and motivated, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our members and visitors.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
