Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our team at Pontoon Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of technical projects and programs, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the integration process and implementation events across shared infrastructure
  • Coordinate the Service Introduction process, ensuring smooth transition and delivery
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure interlock and enable delivery at pace
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring delivery is not impacted
  • Act as the interface between suppliers and key business stakeholders
  • Lead complex and high-risk implementations, ensuring safe delivery
  • Provide consultancy for governance activities and enable delivery of technology risk and control improvements
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Delivery/Project Management, particularly in technical change programs and related governance activities
  • Regulatory Surveillance experience
  • End-to-end testing experience
  • SAS and cloud knowledge/experience
  • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and either Kanban or Scrum methodology
  • Ability to support multiple deliveries simultaneously
