Venn Group is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Head of People Partnering. As a key member of the People Directorate, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the People Partnering team, fostering a culture of high performance and driving strategic business partnering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the People Partnering team in establishing and embedding a strategic business partnering approach, ensuring the efficient operation of subject matter expert functions.
  • Collaborate with the wider People teams to enhance the employee experience through aligned policies and practices, refining the employee and service value proposition.
  • Partner with other People Leaders to drive effective solutions for the organisation, leveraging Employee Relations expertise to continuously improve and update practices and policies.
  • Lead the evaluation and improvement of HR systems and technology to support strategic goals and drive best practices, working collaboratively across the People Directorate.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • MCIPD qualification or equivalent, with extensive senior-level generalist experience in a central government organisation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employee Relations, with experience leading a team of subject matter experts and proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with leaders, managers, and stakeholders, with expertise in designing and implementing People strategies.
Location and Duration

Location: Brighton

Duration: 6-9 months, with possible extension

Daily rate: £635 per day PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay

Working hours: Full time

Working pattern: Hybrid (8 days per month in the office, flexible work pattern)
