Private Client Senior Associate Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Private Client Senior Associate Solicitor to join our esteemed law firm in the North West. As a leading provider in private client law, this is an exciting chance to contribute to the ongoing success of a robust, dynamic, and accomplished regional team.

In this key role, you will handle a diverse caseload and mentor emerging talent in the industry, ensuring the firm's continuing reputation for excellence. You will be servicing a mix of local clients and some high-net-worth clientele, a setting that promises varied and engaging work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse caseload of private client matters, including probate, wills, trusts, estate/tax planning, and court of protection.
  • Mentor emerging talent in the industry, ensuring the firm's continuing reputation for excellence.
  • Service a mix of local clients and some high-net-worth clientele, providing tailored advice and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Practising solicitor with at least 7 years PQE.
  • Comprehensive understanding of probate, wills, trusts, estate/tax planning, court of protection, and lasting powers of attorney matters.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of supervising junior team members.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
