We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Solicitor to join our Corporate team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing the corporate workload, leading on M&A transactions, and providing support to the Commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the corporate workload independently
  • Lead on M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and completion
  • Provide support to the Commercial team, including drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Identify and analyze current and emerging legal issues and risks, and effectively communicate these to the appropriate levels of the business

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of PQE experience in Corporate law
  • Strong Corporate/M&A experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with a high energy level, a desire to learn, and a commitment to the highest ethical standards
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, be solutions-based, take responsibility and ownership of issues, and provide substantiated arguments and reasoning for your position

Location: Remote (required to be in the office 1 day per month)

Salary: £70,000 - £100,000
