We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Physiotherapist to join our Pelvic Health team at University Hospitals Dorset. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in improving the current referral to treatment pathway for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.
Main Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based, specialist care to perinatal, urogynecology, male, and colorectal patients.
- Contribute to key aspects of the service, mentoring Band 5 and students, and supporting the wider Pelvic Health Physiotherapy team.
- Promote and deliver a high-quality, evidence-based, customer-focused service.
- Work within national and local guidelines, including off-site clinics.
- Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- Current HCPC registration.
- At least 2 years post-graduate physiotherapy experience.
- Experience working in NHS and Band 5-6 MSK outpatient Physiotherapy.
- Proven advanced clinical assessment and reasoning skills.
- Training opportunities and extensive clinical experience.
- Leadership and management training opportunities.
- Coaching and mentoring facilities.
