Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Management:
- Convert business needs into actionable specifications for Salesforce enhancements.
- Oversee daily operations of the Salesforce platform, including user management, report generation, dashboard creation, workflow automation, and routine administrative tasks.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
- Customize and configure Salesforce elements such as objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
User Assistance and Training:
- Deliver daily support to Salesforce users, resolve issues, and provide best practice guidance.
- Create and conduct training sessions and materials for both new and existing users to improve their proficiency with Salesforce.
Process Optimization:
- Work with stakeholders to pinpoint areas for process enhancement and propose solutions within the Salesforce framework.
- Design and implement improvements to streamline and optimize business workflows using Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning components.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Examine data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
IT Support Services:
- Provide first-line support for Microsoft 365, Craft CMS, Oracle NetSuite, mobile devices, VoIP systems, office applications, and hardware.
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory.
- Assist with networking, WiFi, firewall management, printer operations, and hardware setup.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service and technical support for internal users.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience with Salesforce, including customization and configuration.
- Willingness to pursue training and certifications as necessary.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Craft CMS, Oracle NetSuite, and Salesforce.
- Experience in managing mobile devices and VoIP systems.
- Proficient in office applications support and Windows Server operations.
- Knowledge of user management in Active Directory, networking, and hardware support.
- Experience in providing first-level support to an internal user base.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with Craft CMS/WordPress and AV setups is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality.
- Self-driven individual with the ability to think critically, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
