About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our TPS branch in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and managing a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of sales and service professionals
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
  • Manage parts stock levels and debtors to ensure optimal business performance
