Key Responsibilities
The position is integral to the Pensions Dashboard Operations & Delivery team, assisting the Head of Operations & Delivery by:
- Delivering expert project management for Dashboard Readiness initiatives.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on successful outcomes.
- Ensuring projects meet deliverables, timelines, financial objectives, and risk management standards.
Adhering to established project governance protocols, including progress reporting on various projects. This is a hybrid role.
Project Management Duties:
- Overseeing Project Management for Dashboard Readiness and Onboarding tasks.
- Managing workstreams related to Dashboard Readiness.
- Providing project updates to client managers regarding their specific dashboard initiatives.
- Collaborating with colleagues across Aptia to identify and implement cost-effective solutions for Pension Dashboard requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
Experience with regulatory changes, project planning, monitoring, and control, including risk management. Proficiency in financial oversight and budget management. A background in Financial Services is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Pensions Dashboard regulations and requirements.
