About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Professional to join our team at GOOSE Recruitment in Southampton. As an Aviation Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source top talent for our clients in the aviation industry.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
  • Business Development: Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions to drive growth and success.

What We Offer:
