About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Professional to join our team at GOOSE Recruitment in Southampton. As an Aviation Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and prepare talent for interview success.
- Strategically place candidates for mutual satisfaction.
- Cultivate client relationships through effective communication.
- Convert objections into opportunities for collaboration.
- Proactively engage with clients, staying abreast of industry trends.
What We Offer:
- Base salaries ranging from £24,000 to £30,000+ (experience-dependent).
- Achievable earnings of up to £60,000 per annum including base salary, commission & bonuses.
- Uncapped commission schemes up to 30% with zero sales thresholds.
