Job Summary:

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Associate Specialist to join our team at Rhodes Wood Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services across our eating disorder service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical assessment, review, and evaluation to young people under our care and treatment, ensuring that all treatment plans are fully adhered to.
  • Work closely with our Consultant, ward manager, and wider multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and treatment.
  • Take a specific focus on physical health, food and fluids, and risk management across the ward.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
