Job Title: Social Worker - Children's Services

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our team in South Gloucestershire, working with young adults with disabilities. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing support to individuals with complex needs.

About the Role:
  • Assess and plan for the needs of young adults with disabilities
  • Develop and implement care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including education and healthcare teams
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals and their families
Requirements:
  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Social Work Degree or equivalent
