We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Chartered Management Institute (CMI) team as an Engagement Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to provide operational support to our Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) team and engage with consulting firms and management consultants wishing to work with the CMI award.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through the administration of ChMC award activities to CMI Partners, management consultants, and their employers.
- Provide support and guidance to Partners on gaining ChMC programme accreditation, registration of consultants on programme, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless service.
- Support Management Consultants in gaining the ChMC award, nurturing them from expression of interest to assessment.
- Coordinate the scheduling and booking of ChMC programme accreditations and individual ChMC assessments.
- Work with our ChMC Mapping Specialists to monitor availability and capacity to meet demand for programme accreditation.
- Manage incoming queries through a dedicated ChMC mailbox and provide clear, timely, and accurate communications with all parties.
- Support the ChMC Assessment Manager in guiding the extended team of ChMC Assessors and Moderators, ensuring systems and processes are understood and effectively implemented.
- Develop and enhance ChMC certification, membership, and CPD processes.
