About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join the Hotel Cafe Royal kitchen team. Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will ensure the precise and intricate production of pastries and desserts for our Cakes & Bubbles shop.

Your Profile
  • Desire to join a luxury hotel to grow and develop within a dynamic team
  • Natural flair and talent for pastry, combined with a passion for producing high-quality cuisine in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working at a similar level in a professional pastry kitchen or production kitchen for a hotel or pastry shop
  • Professionally trained as a chef with a minimum NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, as well as weekend shifts
