Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering technical projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of technical projects, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate technical risks associated with projects.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to deliver high-quality work.
Requirements
  • Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering)
  • Project Management qualifications (APM, PMI, Prince2) - Highly desirable
  • Significant experience in managing engineering projects, ideally in a corporate or facilities management environment
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering a broad portfolio of Hard FM and M&E projects
  • Strong technical skills with a proven ability to manage complex engineering projects
  • Client-focused, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
