We are seeking a dedicated Project Planner to become a vital member of our Building Solutions Team.

Location: Flexible working arrangements available, with necessary travel for meetings and site visits.

Contract: Permanent, Full Time – options for flexible and part-time hours can be discussed.

Key Responsibilities:

In the role of Project Planner, you will collaborate with the Building Solutions Team to facilitate the planning and scheduling of various projects.

Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Comprehensive planning, phasing, scheduling, and sequencing for our tendering processes, including the development of preconstruction schedules and the integration of design, commercial, and production efforts into a cohesive delivery programme.
  • Collaboration with Preconstruction teams on tender proposals, which may involve creating Logistic Plans, Sequencing diagrams, and programme narratives as needed.
  • Development of look-ahead schedules and individual trade package timelines.
  • Creation of labour histograms to assess activity timelines and their commercial implications.

Candidate Profile:

This Planner position is ideal for you if you possess:

  • A relevant qualification in construction or engineering (minimum HND level).
  • Proficiency in Primavera Software.
  • Expertise in Asta Power Project.
  • A valid UK Driving License.
