About the Company:
Our client is a prominent contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. They pride themselves on their collaborative approach, which fosters a supportive work environment and contributes to their low employee turnover.

Key Responsibilities:
As the M&E Services Project Manager, you will be tasked with:
1. Overseeing all Mechanical and Electrical services throughout the various project phases, including tendering, pre-construction, construction, and commissioning.
2. Conducting thorough evaluations of subcontractor tender submissions during the preconstruction phase.
3. Collaborating with the Project Planner and Project Manager to provide input on project scheduling.
4. Analyzing and managing team resources effectively to ensure project success.
5. Developing, updating, and managing the Project Management Plan for the site.
6. Monitoring and assessing subcontractor performance against established pre-construction and installation timelines.
7. Leading weekly or bi-weekly progress meetings with key subcontractors to ensure alignment and address any issues.
8. Maintaining comprehensive records of all subcontractor working drawings.
9. Conducting Quality Control inspections to ensure the integrity of the services installation.
10. Ensuring that testing and commissioning processes are executed and documented appropriately.
11. Overseeing the completion and distribution of 'as installed' drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
12. Managing project defects and aftercare to ensure client satisfaction.
13. Collaborating closely with the Building Services team and Construction colleagues to achieve project objectives.
