Brookfield M&E Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans to ensure efficient use of resources and materials.
- Job Set-Up: Set up jobs from drawings and specifications, establishing requirements and necessary installation materials.
- Health and Safety: Assist with H&S preparation and implementation, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Estimating and Tendering: Assist with estimating and tendering the electrical elements of projects.
- Job Completion: Accept responsibility for the proper completion of jobs, supervising other operatives and liaising with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers as needed.
- Workload Management: Manage own workload and that of the electrical team and sub-contractors to ensure client commitments are met in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional Responsibilities: Work weekends and out-of-hours if required, oversee and manage small project work, manage commissioning and testing of electrical systems and equipment, and issue relevant certification.
- Team Management: Manage the electrical team, ensuring they conform to high standards.
The Electrical Supervisor position offers a competitive salary of £50k - £60k + package and 22 days holiday.
