Your responsibilities will include

  • Serving as a confident role model for new team members while adopting a hands-on approach
  • Managing conferences and events, from intimate board meetings to grand weddings; every day presents unique challenges and all events are customized to meet individual needs
  • Collaborating with event organizers to ensure all expectations are met and surpassed
  • Working with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment within your department
  • Sharing personal insights to promote your passion for service and event execution
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members to enjoy their event or conference with us
  • Assisting the management team in upholding consistently high standards
