The Autism Resource Centre within the school is a dedicated facility designed to meet the specific requirements of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).


Job Summary:
We are in search of a caring and committed Autism Support Assistant to become a part of our team.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with educational staff to address the unique learning requirements of students with autism, facilitating their growth and success in a supportive and secure environment.

  • Provide customized assistance to students with ASD in both individual and group contexts.
  • Support the design and execution of tailored educational activities.
  • Work in partnership with educators, therapists, and families to carry out personalized education plans (IEPs).
  • Track and document student progress, providing constructive feedback and strategies for enhancement.

Prior experience in supporting children with special educational needs, particularly those with autism, is highly valued. A CACHE Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools is preferred but not mandatory.
