The Communications and Engagement division is seeking a dedicated officer to join the Insight, Engagement, and Consultation team. This role will encompass the execution of stakeholder mapping, outreach initiatives, and the analysis of feedback gathered through various engagement methods such as surveys, focus groups, and interviews. We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, as comprehensive training will be provided.

About Our Organization

Our Communications and Engagement Team operates within a collaborative framework between NHS Arden & GEM CSU and NHS Midlands and Lancashire CSU. You will be collaborating with some of the most skilled professionals in the field, providing support and leading initiatives for a diverse array of clients nationwide.

Must possess a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Educational Background

Essential

A degree in communications, engagement, or marketing, or equivalent professional experience.

Professional Experience

Essential

Proven experience in an engagement or communications capacity. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in collaborating with the public and partner organizations to shape communication strategies. Background in working within specialized teams, including senior management.

Desirable

Previous experience in a similar role within the public sector. Familiarity with the NHS environment.
