About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join the team at the University of Leicester as a Community Co-Ordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day administration of the Pro Bono Legal Advice Clinic.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate client appointments and manage records
  • Maintain the clinic's facilities and ensure a professional environment
  • Promote the clinic's services to the wider community
  • Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality legal education for students

**Requirements:**

  • Substantial experience in an administrative role, particularly in a confidential environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle complex client enquiries
  • Proficient in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and document management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Working Arrangements:**

This is a part-time (0.8 FTE, 28 hours per week) or job share, permanent position.
