We are seeking a skilled Practice Manager to lead our team at Earls Hall Veterinary Group in Westcliff on Sea.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing a multi-site team, including financial responsibility, debt control, client complaints, people management, and premises management.

You will work closely with other key members of the Practice Management team to ensure we provide an outstanding and professional service to our clients and their patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a multi-site team, including financial responsibility and debt control
  • Ensure excellent client care and communication skills
  • Effective team management on a daily basis
  • Previous line management or practice manager experience is required
