About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Finance Partner to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading on corporate finance transactions, providing strategic advice and financial planning support to clients, and managing the corporate finance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading on corporate finance transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising initiatives
  • Providing strategic advice and financial planning support to clients across a diverse portfolio
  • Managing the corporate finance department, ensuring the highest quality of client service and financial advisory
  • Collaborating with other departments to offer integrated solutions and a seamless client experience
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Driving business development efforts to attract new clients and grow the firm's corporate finance offering
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification with significant corporate finance experience within practice
  • Strong technical expertise in mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and corporate restructuring
  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions and provide high-level financial advisory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of managing and developing teams
