Tax Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our tax strategy forward and providing high-level advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients, providing expert advisory services
  • Lead a team of tax professionals, offering guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality client service
  • Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns, ensuring compliance with current legislation
  • Provide strategic tax planning advice, including inheritance tax (IHT) and business structuring
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the tax department

Candidate Requirements:
  • CTA qualified with a wealth of mixed tax experience
  • Strong personal tax background with experience in advisory work
  • Familiarity with corporate tax issues and willingness to expand knowledge in this area
  • Experience with inheritance tax (IHT) and mixed tax scenarios
  • Excellent communication skills, with a client-focused approach
  • Detail driven and able to work autonomously
