As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with clients, answering enquiries in a timely manner, and providing updates and arranging appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and building relationships with clients, including answering enquiries and providing updates
  • Liaising with site staff members and contractors to arrange appointments and meetings
  • Working to agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ensuring contractual requirements are met
  • Updating the company's internal databases and records
  • Acting as the first point of contact for site staff and clients
  • Providing administrative support to management and site staff as required

Requirements:

  • Experience working as an Administrator for a well-established Compliance/Health and Safety/Environmental outfit
  • Qualifications and training pertaining to Health and Safety (such as NEBOSH general) would be beneficial but not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient working across a range of software, such as Office applications
