Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interim Human Resources Advisor to join our team at The Talent Crowd. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Management
    • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job adverts, conducting initial screening of CVs, setting up interviews, and providing feedback.
  • New Starter Induction
    • Manage the new starter induction process for all departments, including carrying out pre-employment checks, providing and collecting new starter paperwork, and setting up induction timetables.
  • Learning and Development
    • Develop and book in the company's Learning and Development calendar for the year, including booking training sessions with internal and external trainers and ensuring the training points system is up to date.
  • Wellbeing and Culture
    • Support the development of wellbeing-centric initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • HR Representative
    • Act as the HR representative on all company committees, supporting the rollout of initiatives and company events.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
