Job Title: Senior Construction Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Lawyer to join our client's team. As a Senior Construction Lawyer, you will play a key role in advising on non-contentious matters and have the opportunity to explore and specialize in other related areas of law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on non-contentious matters, including contract review and negotiation
  • Assist in the development and implementation of construction law strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in construction law

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a construction lawyer, ideally with at least 3+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong understanding of construction law and related areas, such as contract law and dispute resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
